RapidGo Rentals – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from RapidGo Rentals, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age (drivers under 25 may be subject to additional fees and restrictions);Hold a valid driver’s license that has been active for at least one year;Possess a valid credit or debit card in your name;Meet our vehicle insurance and identification verification requirements;Agree to and comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Rental Agreement

Each vehicle rental is governed by a separate Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking. The Rental Agreement includes:

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall prevail.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations may be made online or by phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged the full rental amount or a fixed penalty.

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

You agree to operate the vehicle:

In accordance with local traffic laws;Only within the geographic limits specified in the Rental Agreement;Without permitting any unauthorized drivers;Without using the vehicle for, racing, towing, or off-road driving;Without transporting illegal goods or substances.

5. Payment and Fees

You authorize RapidGo Rentals to charge your payment method for:

Rental fees, taxes, and surcharges;Fuel charges if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided;Tolls, fines, and traffic violations;Damage to the vehicle (subject to the insurance terms);Late return or additional cleaning fees, as applicable. Proof or smell of smocking

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic liability insurance is included where required by law.Optional insurance coverage and protection plans may be offered at booking. You remain responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance or protection plans.

7. Vehicle Condition and Return

You must inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage.Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, clean, and with all original equipment.Failure to return the vehicle on time or in acceptable condition may result in additional charges.

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to RapidGo Rentals without notice if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws;You engage in fraud, abuse, or misconduct;You pose a safety or liability risk.

You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or claims at the time of termination.

9. Disclaimers

RapidGo Rentals provides vehicles and related services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted service, or that vehicles will be free of defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidGo Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of our services or vehicles.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
